1. stage 01

   Brief

   We start with coffee and the floor plan of the life you actually live. I measure the room, the light and the habits: where mornings happen, where the quiet should sit.

2. stage 02

   Sketch

   First lines on paper, many of them wrong on purpose. I test the room in quick plans until the furniture stops arguing with the walls. The feeling comes first; the millimetres come later.

3. stage 03

   Plan

   Now the drawing tightens. Every wall, socket and joinery line is placed to the millimetre; materials are chosen, priced, and chosen again. You approve a plan you could build a life on.

4. stage 04

   Realization

   Trades, deliveries, dust: I stand on the site so you don’t have to. The final weeks are the finest: hinges adjusted, light measured at dusk, cushions placed. Then I hand you the keys.
